Biography

 
Part of the TJCA community since 2001, Kimberly currently serves as the Director of Student Affairs, World Languages Instructor, and High School Academic Team Coach.
 
Her accomplishments include: 
 
  • Being named the North Carolina Scholastic Director of the Year in 2022
  • Teaching French at Queens University in Charlotte for 11 years
 
She earned a: 
 
  • Bachelor of Arts in French from Davidson College
  • Master of Arts in French Literature from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
 
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and hiking with her husband. She also loves to travel internationally and she attempts to spend a portion of each summer in Europe where she takes language classes, reads, and immerses herself in the culture as much as possible.
