Biography
Part of the TJCA community since 2021, Natasha currently serves as the High School art teacher.
Her accomplishments include:
- Teaching studio art and art appreciation for 15 years at Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado
- Concurrently taught for eight years at Regis University in Denver, Colorado
She earned a:
- Bachelor of Arts from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
- Master in Fine Arts (painting) from the University of Cape Town, South Africa
Outside work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her kids and reading, yoga, and hiking. She also enjoys British things with a special weakness for BBC's Masterpiece. Her other teaching experiences include working with disadvantaged youths in South Africa and a project called Ant Farm that emphasized the use of natural and recycled materials.
